Qigong
translates as
"work with energy".

Taiji (Tai Chi) is a form of Qigong that also has martial applications.

Slow, gentle breathing and movement exercises improve the circulation of energy in the body and cultivate a sense of groundedness, balance and well being.

Classes are designed to meet individual needs and ablilites.
Immediate benefits are enjoyed, as the work focuses on the process, not the destination.
